Project Overview:
This episode was part of CNET's Apple Show, a series that reviews Apple products to help viewers make informed purchasing decisions. I collaborated with the host and producer to create scientific and medical animations that visually supported key educational segments in the video.
My Role:
Science Facts Research, Visual Story Ideas, Storyboard, Graphic Design Asset Creation, Animation
Software:
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
Process:
My priority was to present accurate scientific information through engaging animation. I began by researching the medical concepts related to electrocardiograms (EKGs). Using the script provided by the host, I developed a visual storyboard, designed graphic elements, and animated the content. Throughout the process, I shared updates and incorporated feedback from the team to ensure clarity and alignment with the project's goals.
I created from the scratch to the final product: Research -> Ideation -> Storyboard -> Graphic Design -> Animation
Result:
The video reached 1.5 million views, attracted new subscribers, and boosted brand recognition for the series. It also contributed to increased monetization and audience engagement for the company.
